Fountainhead Regional Park Information
Location: Fairfax, VA
Description: Fountainhead is a popular mountain biking and trail running destination in the DC area. It is the trailhead for the popular Bull Run-Occoquan hiking/equestrian trail. The dedicated mountain bike trail is a 10 mile loop packed with steep climbs and fun descents.

Directions: From I-95, take the Occoquan exit onto Rt 123 and go 5 miles. Turn left on Hampton Road and drive 3 miles to the entrance of the park on the left. Drive 1/2 mile to the large parking lot on the right. The trailhead is across the park road (the trail is directional, so enter the trail on the right.)
