Great Glen Trails Description
If you are visiting the Mount Washington area and are looking for an outdoor activity that the whole family can enjoy, check out
the Great Glen Outdoor Center. Great Glen has a network of wide doubletrack trails that are suitable for any skill level.
The park also has some singletrack trails for the more experienced mountain biker in the family.
Numerous races and events are held throughout the year here, including weekly foot, bicycle, and ski races, depending
on the season. In August, Great Glen hosts a mountain biking endurance race called 24 Hours of Great Glen. During the winter,
activities include cross-country skiing, showshoeing, and snow tubing.
Rental equipment for any of these activities is available in the Great Glen Outfitter Shop.
